You are warmly invited by Yogi Pramod to join the comprehensive yoga retreats in the holistic divine nature or lap of Himalaya, along with birds, rivers, mountains, snow, rain and blue picks of Himalayas.
The retreat is design to benefit you for deep relaxation as well as to gain ultimate knowledge of yogic path to guide the life into the balance and purity.
The yoga master Yogi Pramod been walking on the yogic path for more then 23 years, and been to Himalaya under many yogic gurus and trainings. His practice and depth of yogic path had blessed and inspire him to help many by giving a opportunity to lead the yogic path in the heavenly atmosphere of Himalaya therefore every year he arrange a retreat in the deep Himalayan valley where participant are given the opportunity to benefit from the real nature of yogic path and divineness in the yoga.

Accomodations:
The participant would be housed in the group of two or four into twin sharing wooden hut or tent, with hot water facilities and attached or combined bathrooms.  

Food:
The participant will be served only ayurvedic plain meals supported with seasonal fruits and herbs.

Transport:
The retreats fee includes the transportation from Rishikesh to the retreats destination and short tours of sight seeing while in retreat and back to Rishikesh.

Note:
Every retreat will have no more then 20 participants.
Retreats schedule & Location will change without any pre notification due to the weather condition in the Himalaya.
Nonrefundable registration fee US Dollar 250 must be sent in advance to reserve the seat.
The participant must arrive to the Rishikesh at least three days before the retreat start to fulfill the registration formalities.

Belongings for Retreats
Participant must bring the entire item listed below with them to enjoy the Himalaya with comfort.

• Torch or battery light.
• Trekking or sport shoes with good walking grip sole.
• Warm shocks glove, sleeping bags, towel, white yoga practice dress and shawl,
• Camera, sun lotion, mosquito net, small knife, water container, sunglasses, a small rock shake bag, – etc.
• All the basic medicine for headache, loose motion, malaria, joint ache, fever , high or low blood pressure,( in case of need)
• Three note books and pens,
• Also if you wish to donate any thing to Himalayan schools or students: like drawings colors, or any thing which is safe and can be used to help the Himalayan life.
